Nathan is a well-known expert in the state, and nation, regarding Title I, II, III, IV, McKinney-Vento, Special Education, English learners, Rural Low-Income, Charter Schools, and more. Having served as a state level director for many years, and elected to the board of National Association of ESEA Program Administrators, he has collaborated with many different agencies across all kinds of issues and needs.
