About the MAZI Team

MAZI Education Consulting is owned and operated by Nathan Williamson, Ph.D. and Mina Potamousis. We employ former Indiana State Education and Local Education Agency Title and district administrators, as well as an LEA special education director. Our team includes former IDOE grants specialists Meg Richert and Tracie Mansfield Allen, who together managed over 400 local organizations across multiple federal funding streams.  Recently, we welcomed Cole Dietrich and Lacey Timm to our team. They both bring valuable experience from their prior positions at IDOE, with Cole having served as a former director and Lacey as an Assistant Director. We have spoken at several large national and state conferences regarding the best practices in education, and have a dedicated and knowledgeable team ready to assist!
