Tracie Mansfield Allen is a dedicated educator with a diverse background. Having served as a Federal Grants Specialist for the Indiana Department of Education, Tracie leveraged her experience to support districts and schools in maximizing their resources. Her expertise also extends to roles as Director of Curriculum and Instruction, District MTSS Coach, and K-2 Literacy Coach, where she has driven significant improvements in student achievement and instructional strategies.
Tracie's academic credentials include degrees in Elementary Education and Reading from Valparaiso University and in School Counseling from IUPUI. Beginning her career as a classroom teacher, Tracie's commitment to educational equity and excellence is further exemplified by her work as a Therapeutic Foster Care Educational Advocate, where she provided vital support to some of our most vulnerable students.
Beyond her professional life, Tracie is happily married to her supportive husband, Adam. Together, they have four wonderful children and one beloved dog. Her family remains a source of inspiration and grounding, fueling her passion for creating impactful educational experiences.
